Ocean Terrace Condos...The best of both worlds on the Anguilla Shores. Conveniently located and yet close to everything. There are several condo units available at Ocean Terrace year round. Anguilla is 3 1/2 miles wide at it's widest point, and just 17 miles long. We are less than ten minutes from Shoal Bay Beach (my favorite), Island Harbour is just a couple of minutes longer and Junks Hole is 5 minutes away. A ride to the Anguilla shore, Rendezvous Bay (another favorite) is a must. It's a beautiful ride to the west end of the Island and it takes about 20 minutes. If you enjoy cooking you will love our fully equipped gourmet kitchens'. For those special dinners on the private balcony, Proctor's grocery store is just a mile away. All units have 2 private balconies with
absolutely beautiful views overlooking St. Martin and other neighboring
islands. There's a private balcony off the living room/dining area, and
another off the master bedroom. The kitchen, living room and dining room are combined to make one large room. It works perfectly! You can enjoy the view while cooking in the kitchen, eating dinner at the dining room table or sitting on the couch watching a bit of television. No walls to obstruct those fabulous views. Why not sit and relax, have a glass of wine, or your favorite beverage, and have dinner on the balcony?! |

The guest rooms have 2 twin beds that can be locked together to make a queen size bed. The guest room has an attached bath with a tile tub and shower. The closet is large with sliding mirrored doors. Plenty of room for those guests who like to bring their entire closet on vacation. All rooms are tastefully decorated in mahogany and bamboo to maintain that Island feel. You might ask yourself why rent a condo if I have to cook and clean? No worries there! A cook can be arranged on request and our condos have full cleaning service 6 days a week.
