Unit 7 is located on the top level with panoramic views of the Island to the left, and the Caribbean Sea, St. Martin and St. Barths from all angles. The condominiums are convenient to beaches, stores and water sports. The best part is...you have private retreat to return to!

The rooms are large and very spacious. The open concept and cathedral ceilings throughout add to the roomy feel.

All rooms are decorated in Mahogany and Rattan and are painted in beautiful Caribbean colors. Each has individual controls for air conditioning, ceiling fans, large windows and cable television (if you dare!). And yes, wireless internet access.

The large master bedroom has a king size bed, private balcony and large attached bath with oval tub and a walk in closet. The private balcony off the master bedroom is a great hide-a-way for enjoying some quiet time or reading a good book.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped, coffee machine, microwave oven, blender etc., everything you need is right at your fingertips. You can cook and gaze out over the Caribbean!

The living room area and dining area are beautifully furnished, combined with the kitchen, it makes a large open space. Great for entertaining and enjoying the views. The design is really all about enjoying the scenery and the true peace and quiet of the Island.

These condominiums were very thought out in that they were build in this location to take advantage of the prevailing trade winds. There is rarely a need for air conditioning if you enjoy the natural breezes and the sound of the sea crashing against the Anguilla Shores.

Our outdoor freshwater pool is fabulous! Take an evening dip and enjoy the moonlight.
