As you can imagine the Anguilla Shores are in danger of being compromised as any other seashore in the world. To prevent this from happening the people of Anguilla start educating the children of the Island at a young age. During the school year, Captain Junior Fleming and the teachers of the primary schools get busy planning very special events for the Anguilla students. The Marine Life Education Program raises funds for school supplies for students and motivates them to achieve academic excellence by rewarding their performance. The children throughout the year have the opportunity to explore the wonders of the Islands underwater world and participate in environmental tours Captain Jr. Fleming has played a major role in this program volunteering the use of his boat, equipment and his many years experience on the Anguilla shores. The program educates the children of Anguilla by exposing them to the undersea world around the Island. Although the children of the Island live very close to the sea, many may never get this opportunity without the Marine Life Education Program. The program could really use your help. If you are interested in making a donation to the program you can send a check payable to: Marine Life Education Fund in care of James Fleming, Jr. P.O. Box 1008, The Valley, Anguilla, B.W.I.
