OCEAN TERRACE CONDOMINIUMS

Brett and I happened upon Ocean Terrace the spring of 2005. What a pleasant stumble it turned out to be!

I had been to Anguilla before, Brett had not, so we booked our trip for April. Not surprising he loved Anguilla as much as I did. While we were there we couldn't help take a look around and dream about possibly owning a "piece of paradise".

We spent some time driving around Maundays Bay and Meads Bay but all we saw was construction and LARGE condo complexes. We were looking for something quiet and private.

As we continued driving around exploring the Island, we happened upon condos up on a hill. We couldn't believe our eyes. There were no construction vehicles, cranes and large hotels surrounding the 2 lone buildings. We knew this was the type of place we could be very happy visiting year after year.

As we were getting out of the car to snoop, a car pulled in behind us. I looked at Brett, he looked at me and we were both thinking the same thing... Uh oh, we're in trouble, we must be trespassing and the owners sent someone to get us off the property. This very large man (security type) about 6 '3" gets out of his vehicle and says, "can I help you"? I tried to be apologetic but at the same time was wondering what was going to happen next. This man puts on the biggest smile and says "Hello, my name is Ambrose. I own these buildings, would you like to take a look around? " I was so happy (and relieved), I couldn't believe our luck. There was the owner and we were definitely interested. We took a tour of the condos and ended up spending the day with our new friend Ambrose Fleming. That's how we became the first buyers at Ocean Terrace Condominiums.

These very private, beautifully decorated and perfectly placed condos were a dream of Ambrose and Paula Fleming for years. They are the first Condos on Anguilla to be built and sold by the month. If there is a certain time of year you would like to be basking in the Caribbean sun and spending the rest of the year at your home in whatever country you live, these condos are for you.

Ocean Terrace is a private residents club. Units are available for purchase or vacation rentals.
