The Dune Preserve is owned and operated by a special and famous man, Bankie Banx.

There are two points of access to The Dune. You can get there by walking the beach at Rendezvous Bay or you can drive (scroll over the above photo to view the beach bar). The beach bar as you can see is a boat. It's not too difficult to find but I have heard people say it's not easy. Just ask someone, everyone knows The Dune Preserve!

The architecture and decor is very unique. Made of as many natural products as possible the structure blends with it's natural environment with ease.

Sitting on the Anguilla Shore, this location has spectacular views, the softest white sand you'll ever encounter, and entertainment. It's always fun to go hang out at The Dune, soaked up the sun and scenery, and check out the days activities.

I have to share this great shot we got hanging on the beach there. As far as I know this is naturally weathered. It sits just to the side of the boat bar.

My first visit to The Dune was in the 1980's. Each time I return, it gets larger and there's lots more happening involving the music industry. Being the Reggae music pionner he is, Bankie Banx has played the Jamaican Sunplash Festival, had chart topping hits and now his very own MOONSPLASH event held on the property. Truly and event to rememeber. The first event was in 2001 and years later draws quite a crowd.
